Dr. Young will also discuss Solensia for feline pain relief.


Bio:

Dr. Jensen Young grew up in Killeen, TX before attending undergraduate studies in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M(Class of ’03).  He spent the first 2.5 years of veterinary school at Ross University on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts.  He attended Texas A&M again for his final year of veterinary school and graduated in 2009.  He started his professional career at a start-up veterinary hospital in Georgetown, TX with his mentor, eventually becoming co-owner and medical director of that facility.  Dr. Young continued to serve as medical director of that facility after it was acquired by Southern Veterinary Partners.  He started his current role with Zoetis in 2022.

Dr. Young loves living in Georgetown Texas with his wife and 2 animal loving daughters.  In practice, he had interest in arthritis and mobility management as well as orthopedic surgery.  He enjoys engagement in his local community and helping to develop the next generation of leaders.
